Pick'em, a flavored-toothpicks brand, relied heavily on paid social for brand awareness. Meta CPMs averaged ~$6 and TikTok ~$4. The mandate: drive mass awareness while cutting paid spend, and sustainably beat paid CPM benchmarks at scale.

Vyral Labs deployed 10 creators producing 1,000 posts over 60 days, distributing short-form content organically across TikTok and Instagram. We used volume to find winning hooks and angles, then doubled down on what worked.
