PROBLEM:
Unlike the app clients, Shameless Pets is a physical pet-treats brand sold on Amazon — there's no install funnel, so success comes down to scalable awareness and driving link-in-bio traffic at a low CPM. The brand needed a repeatable organic engine and proven content angles for a product rather than an app.
Vyral Labs ran 10 creators (rotating out the lowest performers) posting daily across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. We tested angles around the product — upcycled, real-ingredient food, dental sticks, and cat-versus-dog content — and found that cat-led and “no pet in the video” content drove the most virality. We then shifted toward talking-head videos that named the product explicitly, with captions ensuring the Amazon link was always mentioned, and layered in comment seeding once videos gained traction.
RESULTS:
Generated 14.1M+ organic views, and CPM compressed from $1.92 at the start to a campaign average of $1.63.
