
CPI from €5–10 to €0.39
PROBLEM:
A two-sided marketplace with inconsistent CPIs of €5–10 and a 60% click-to-download drop-off. The app had to win both supply and demand while targeting the specific European countries where it's available, and the supply side was the harder problem — it rarely resonates with a TikTok audience.
Vyral Labs hired 10 creators and ran biweekly in-depth check-ins to keep the client aligned throughout. We began on the demand side to build traction and test viral angles and messaging, pinpointed the core pain point users were relating to, then converted that momentum into supply-side content to bring in the exact types of users Meet Ciao wanted.
RESULTS:
Around 25M organic views from ~3,000 videos, with multiple 1M-view videos, repeat 100K-view hits, and a 3.0% virality rate. CPI dropped from €5–10 to €0.39, and monthly installs grew 10x versus the pre-Vyral Labs baseline.
